Workspace Admin Workflow
As a Workspace Admin, you are responsible for managing and approving Pay-Per-Session requests.
How to Access the Pending Items Section
- Click on your Avatar button at the top of the interface.
- Select Workspace Management from the dropdown menu.
- In the Workspace Management area, navigate to the Pay-Per-Click Sharing section in the side menu.
- You will find the Pending Items section at the bottom of the page.
How to Approve Requests
- Navigate to the Pending Items section or open the request directly from the Notification Panel.
- Click Allow next to the pending item.
- The approval page will open, where you can configure the session type:
Approval Options
Limited:
- Limit the content by the total number of sessions or set a specific expiration date.
- You can:
- Enter the maximum amount of sessions enabled (up to 10,000).
- Add an expiration date to end availability after a specific time.
- Enable notifications for when the remaining sessions reach a specific threshold (e.g., 10 left).
Recurring:
- Allow sessions to automatically reset each month.
- You can:
- Set the number of sessions enabled per month.
- Add a notification for when the remaining sessions reach a specific threshold.
- Specify the first day of the month when sessions reset.
- Click Allow to confirm your choice and approve the request.
Managing Approved Items
Once approved, the content will move to the Approved Items section.
In the Approved Items section, each item has a settings button (three dots) next to it. The dropdown menu allows you to perform the following actions:
- Edit: Adjust the session details, such as enabled sessions, expiration date, or recurring settings.
- Analytics: View usage analytics to monitor session performance.
- Pause Permission: Temporarily disable access for the item without stopping it entirely.
- Stop Permission: Permanently stop access to the item and remove it from active sessions.
What You Can Do in the Approved Items Section:
View details like:
- Creation Date
- Expiration Date (if set)
- Sessions Enabled
- Sessions Used
Monitor session usage:
- Keep track of how many sessions have been enabled versus used.
Update settings via the dropdown menu as needed.
Important Notes
Session Duration
- A session lasts for 8 hours and provides uninterrupted access during this time.
Notifications
- Content Creators will be notified of Admin decisions (approval or rejection).
Session Usage:
- Non-registered users who receive a Pay-Per-Session link can access only the specific content associated with that link for 8 hours.
- Each piece of content requires its own Pay-Per-Session approval and cannot be shared across multiple links or content.
- Sessions are tied to the shared link and cannot be used to access other content.

For Content Creators
Can I request multiple items for Pay-Per-Session at once?
No, each request must be submitted individually for approval.
What happens if my request is rejected?
You will receive a notification with the option to modify and re-submit your request.
For Workspace Admins
How will I know if there’s a pending request?
You will see a notification in the Notification Panel and the Pending Items section in Workspace Management > Pay-Per-Click Sharing.
What happens when sessions run out?
Users will no longer be able to access the content until new sessions are enabled.
What does each dropdown menu action do?
- Edit: Modify session settings.
- Analytics: View session usage data.
